Narcissist ex hoovered me but I turned him down because I have pneumonia. He reaches out 2 days later saying " You still sick" , I said yes. Then he responds "Good:)" I ask him why is he saying it's good that I'm still sick? Next thing I know he sends me a limp dick pick. Is he trying to show me that he got drained and was with someone else, to hurt me?

Block him and don’t engage. Narcissists are WEIRD…. And I mean that. Their brains aren’t wired normally and they will do things that make you just think wtf. Hell…. Sometimes that’s the whole reason they do something.

You said he’s a narcissist don’t play these games especially if he’s sending unsolicited photos like that. Tell him to leave you alone. You can’t win by playing their games. You win by not feeding into it… If you play a stupid game you’ll win a stupid prize and narcissists are the kings and queens of STUPID games.
