If you stopped talking to someone right and just moved forward and let the person be. The person comes back the person writes you asking to sleep with you so you agree but really not going but just agreed.. so let’s say the person than say you can’t go in they house because it’s hot there the person never told you such a thing before and always would bring you inside his place. How would you feel? He told me his place is hot we will have to be in my car I thought it was a bit weird because he never told me that. So I told him no I’m not coming even though I never planned on coming foreal he than got upset and blocked me for not coming. But he always would block me than unblock me.

He was simply being nice to you because you agreed for his intention and I would feel the same way towards his being "nice" towards me at that point. It's like when we buy something new and expensive thing for our use how we are being so careful to protect it. And he got upset because you refused because he isn't going to get what he wants even after trying to. And so blocked you. It's normal.

I understand that part but he never told me I couldn’t go inside why did he say we have to stay in the car all of a sudden he said because inside was hot which I don’t believe.

Maybe his intention was to do in car or maybe something was there inside he didn't want you to see or maybe there was chances of his girlfriend there inside so he didn't want you to take in before confirming. Ofcourse his actions seems doubtful and it can't be without reason.

More possible he wanted to do in car it seems to me as to fulfill his fantasy so he was trying to make up story and such kind situation to convince you

We started off doing it in the car a year ago and stopped when moved with his cousin. I doubt a girl was inside because he wanted me to park in the parking lot near his apartment to do it., so if someone was inside they would see my car it’s always only 2 cars there so they would see mine on … I think maybe he had someone things in his room or something I don't know..

Someone said maybe he wanted to reminisce the old times when we used to do it in the car we used to link and do it 3am 4am 11 at night those times but stopped and started in his room.
