A few of us went out after work last night. Our guy coworker hugged us all, but I was the only one he told “take care” to as he hugged me. Why? He also watched me as I walked to my car after we all parted ways.

Your welcome, I'm positive because if he was just being nice he would have done the same thing as everyone else instead of being different with you. Now I could be wrong it's definitely possible but I'm pretty confident.
