Looking is just looking; no harm in that. No inherent harm in flirting, either, so long as he can take no for an answer (and so long as she declines, but that's not really on him). Good-looking people get romantic attention; I'm not going to deny that.

It really depends on the length of time. If a guy punched every man who glanced at his lady he would be in prison for life. On the other hand if he makes her uncomfortable with long stares then it is time to scold him. I wouldn't get violent with him.

I dated a woman for a long time who was a VS model and actress. No matter how she dressed she got many looks from both men and women. Didn't bother her because she was used to it, so it didn't bother me.

The Paparazzi were a whole different, worse problem.

It doesn't bother me. Also and more importantly, it doesn't bother my wife. If or when that changes, and it makes her feel uncomfortable, she'd tell me and I would have a friendly chat in his ear, without the need for anything to get messy
