Like women that stop loving men when they not longer admire them, so do men have have multiple layers of a let's call it "security rope".
Sometimes this link became so broke that there isn't a turning back.
The only way to get over it's to avoid thinking in that person.
You can move on. Maybe it fells impossible now, but you do it by your own, step by step.
Try to occupy yourself with some activities or something new.
We use memories as a punishment, to intensify the feeling of hold what isn't there anymore, so we grasp to it until we don't force it any longer. That the mourning.
One thing that helps brake our cycles of self punishment, it's the interaction with other people. We can't effectively processed memories for long at the same time that we speak with other, giving answers to questions of different topics, so.. go interact more with others. Meet friends and new people, engage in healthy conversations, maybe about something that you both like.. a movie, a piece of art, share music.. the good ones but not the romantics, or.. cooking recipes.
What ever it is the new path, go at your own pace, but don't look back, enjoy the life that you have.
What makes you think he don't like you back?
No one likes me back. Why would this guy
Well u never know. but u shouldn't say that either
It's true though
U sound like u got low self esteem. so it's not true just your mindset
I don't understand this thinking at all
