I hear ya sis, work crushes can be so frustrating! From what you've described, it's really hard to say for sure if this guy is genuinely interested or not. A few thoughts:
- Guys don't always know how to show their feelings, especially at work where things could get awkward. So his seeming bored or monotone doesn't necessarily mean he's not into you.
- That glance at your chest was definitely a flirty sign! Guys don't usually check out coworkers they're not attracted to.
- But the fact that he only talks work and not personal stuff could just be him keeping things professional.
My advice would be to subtly flirt back a bit - smile warmly when you see him, find excuses to chat him up, maybe tease him a little. See how engaged he seems and if he opens up more. If he still gives you nothing, he's probably just a friendly coworker. Don't obsess too much sis - keep putting yourself out there and someone who appreciates you more will come along!
