let's think about it...

first of all, it's not supposed to be easy to smash a car's window... even on an impulse, people with bats, big ass rocks and whatever else can't do it right away

so, it does take a certain level of violence to be SMASHING windows like that, or else... he is prepared with the right tool, or knows exactly how to do it easier because is too familiar with it

and then... what do you mean with smashing a car window in, MULTIPLE... times

did he get fixated on the same window and kept attacking the window? or the girl behind the window? or did he break many different windows at different occasions? either way... is fucking nuts beyond repair

then again... if he were to be capable to change from bad to good... nothing guarantees that he won't switch and change back to BAD from good

There are just 2 ways he could change. 1 is if he met a woman who he idolised ended up treating him the way he's treated her. Then finally he understood how much of a horse's arse he was being.

The other is after 40 years of being in prison. maybe then the anger would be a thing of the past.

Other than that? No I don't think there is any way he would change!

The hopeful side of me would say that ANYBODY can change, even the worst criminal. But as realistic advice I would not try to be the one to change him or try to wait around hoping he changes, I would want him out of my life. I would hope he changes for his own benefit but it is not something I can control. JMO good luck!

Everyone is capable of change. But just because they're capable doesn't mean they will or have changed, so why risk it? Auto avoid for life in my opinion.
