Being that most men on the autism spectrum can’t understand flirting and require direct communication would it turn you away if he asked if you were flirting especially if you we’re accustomed to flirting with other guys and them picking it up

You are me, but in a guy. I have zero clue when someone is flirting with me. They could flirt with me and I could never be sure if they are joking. I don't think people appreciate it if you ask them such questions though according to my observations and personal experience. Whenever I asked something like that they looked at me like I was an alien or something or they got very uncomfortable.
