A guy asked for my number at the park. Should I be wary?

The other day I was doing work on the park green when this guy came up to me and said, “hey! I saw you earlier and thought you were really cute. I was wondering if I could give you my number? Maybe we can grab coffee or I can take you on a date sometime?” He seemed really nervous but I’m not sure what to think of it.

dude of course he was nervous. doing that shit isn't easy. walking up to a random person and asking their number. you can get rejected quite harshly... so i would be more worried if he wasn't nervous at all.
