Do you think this guy at the park was trying to talk to me?

I was at the park a few days ago and this guy he was taking pictures and I was looking at him. He looked up from where he was sitting on the ground and I noticed that other times too when I looked at him he looked back out of the corner of his eye.

He also wasn’t leaving the park finding something or the other to photograph.

So I don’t want to say he couldn’t have been looking at you, I don't know what you look like or what his preferences are, but I get the impression that maybe he noticed you staring and wasn’t sure what to make of it. Not even saying that to make you feel self conscious or anything, it’s just sometimes when you’re looking at a person a lot, at some point they’ll probably catch onto it and either like it, hate it or don’t care much about it. There’s no way to know where in that pool he falls, for all you know he could’ve just been wondering why you were observing him so closely.

There is a lot of context missing here that would help. However, if you had the perception that the two you could be interested in each other, than I would say a definitive Yes.

Like yourself, I am not good at talking to or meeting random women. However if someone catches my eye, she will catch me glancing her way and even sticking around to get additional looks.
