Why is he staring at me a lot?

Why, when I was in church seated in the back. The guy that I work with is also an usher at the church. The whole church is standing up facing the pastor and it's a pretty big crowd of people and as I'm standing up with the rest of the church I happened to look forward towards the stage next to the aisle I see him staring straight at me, like everyone else was looking forward and he had his head turn around looking at me.

And I don't even know how he knew I was in the back, and I was seated pretty far away. Why is he keeping looking at me? He always has his eyes on me, it's like his eyes made a bee line straight to me. He does this at work too. What would make a guy want to keep his eyes on a girl. I don't know if he has a staring problem or just a weirdo I don't see him do this to anybody else that I know of. And when we are at work sometimes he'll avoid eye contact like he doesn't see me.

He probably finds you really beautiful. But please be very careful though. You don't want anyone who just lustful smh. Do they make you feel uncomfortable? Is he cute? He may mean well or not.

Yes he's cute and very respectful guy and I don't feel uncomfortable just curious as to why he keeps looking. My friend said his face lit up like a Christmas tree when he said my name she described his reaction as "bed sheets catching on fire".
