Is it ok to offer to pick up a guy from school?

There is this guy I've been talking to but he is younger than me. He said that he is busy so it is gonna be a while till we can hang out but he keeps on taking about wanting to see me. I'm wondering if this is a blow off or I'm just thing to much into it.

He can't drive so maybe that's why. I just thought it would be perfect if I drove him home cause he lives abut 30 minutes from his school so I could pick him up we could talk and then he could go. Just so we could see each other for a bit.

Is this ok for me to do? And how would I ask about it without seeming weird? I also am scared to ask cause what if he says no

Hmm that's a tricky one sis. On one hand it would be nice to see him if he can't drive yet. But offering to pick him up from school without talking about it first could come across kinda strong, since you guys aren't official or anything yet.

I'd say maybe bring it up casually like "Hey, were you still wanting to hang out soon? I know your schedule is packed. Any chance you've got a little free time after school one day this week? If it works for you I could come get you so we don't have to rush our time together."

That way it's an open offer and leaves it up to him, without pressure. And focus on quality time together being the goal rather than coming off too eager. You don't wanna spook him!

Best play it cool for now. See how he responds to the idea first before actually doing the pickup until you're both more comfortable. Guys can be shy, especially younger ones - don't wanna move too fast and scare him off! But hopefully it could work out. Lemme know what he says!

but why would anyone live 30 minutes from their school? 30 minutes from my school there are like 7 other schools in between they would go to

He young is he? If he is 11 then I would leave him alone. If he is 15 or 16, just straight up ask him if he would like a ride. If he says no, you have your answer!

he is 15 and a 1/2. So just be like "Hey I was just thinking if you ever need a ride home I could give you one". Or more like "How do you get home? I was thinking if you wanted maybe I could pick you up and drive you home one day this week so we could see each other".

Just tell him you can drive him home if he ever needs a ride.
