Have you ever been afraid to say no to someone?

I've been friends with some bad folks when I was a teenager because I was scared of them. They use fear to make u their bitch. It was a long time ago. I can spot Narcissists a lot easier now and I trust my gut. Dont be afraid. Dont care what they think. You dont need them. Stand up for yourself. This is what I learned. Have you experienced this?

As a kid, I was terrified of upsetting anyone. Then I realised, They got upset anyway! That's when it all changed!

Sometimes they pretend that they like you. Just to gain your trust. So they can use you.

Yeah. These kind of people are actually your enemies. They keep u as a friend till they know your weakness

Pretty small. A lot of us got hooked on painkillers. Then one friend hung him self (allegedly)

Well I did a lot of self help healing and inner work.

Well I was a people pleaser. I wanted to fit in. I wanted a Girlfriend. I was scared to say no. I saw how they got into fights and said mean things to other people. I thought, I better not offend him. They used all of that to manipulate me.

Well you have to become your own best therapist. Start Collecting a set of "tools" to deal with things.
