So, my friend and I work together. She talks to one of our guy co workers. She meets him on his break. She’s always sits close to him, touches him and when she talks to him she makes sure she’s very close to his face. She makes it obvious that they have a thing but she’s also aware as much as me and everyone else is aware that he talks to other women at the job. He doesn’t put in half the effort that he does to talk to her. She seems to be the one more interested than him. I believe they talk outside of work but to me it seems she gives him all the attention and he just accepts it while still entertaining other women. That in itself is disrespectful to her considering she calls herself his girlfriend and a few other people have said that my friend was this guy’s girlfriend too but it’s like “Do you guys not see what I’m seeing?” They may be friends/cool but I doubt it’s anything more than that to him. She asked me how I felt about it considering rumors started to spread at the job and I was honest only because I care about her but at the end of the day she’s grown and she’s gonna do what she wants.

I think to him he's just a girl to use for swx and if she leaves, well, he didn't care too much for her any way, she's just a bonus. She must really like the dude if she's willing to ignore the obvious stuff🤔
