Bfs hoodie, how to ask him to wear it and make it smell like him again?

My boyfriend gave me his hoodie a few months ago, it no longer smells like him, I wish it did. Would it be weird to ask him to wear it again so that it does and then give it back? If that isn't weird what should I say? Thanks

I answered this yesterday , just give it back to him and get him to wear it again , I had a girlfriend who used to do this , liked the scent..
