Guy's Behavior

Married Associate Professor of the college (45M) acts strangely with me (25F). How can I deal with him? What should I do?

1. He gives compliments to me and praises my work to other teachers and colleagues.

2. He does little tasks for me. Like, opening a door, turning the fan on, giving a chair to sit, doing/helping me with a task, carrying something heavy, etc.

3. He keeps trying to make me sing in the singing competitions at the college. It has happened multiple times. He kept trying to repeatedly tell me to sing and come on the stage during a public function. But I didn't obey him. I know I am poor at singing, so I didn't want to. Then he was like, "You are not complying with me! Not fair... Try it, try it just once."

4. When we are talking on one on one, he tends to joke around and teases me.

5. When he is lecturing, he stops speaking mid lecture, just to stare at me for several seconds, then continues the lecture like nothing happened! That is just really strange. It has happened many times in the classroom. It made many people uncomfortable as well.

6. He tells me the positive things his colleagues and other professors have told him about me.

7. He personally sends me a message to congratulate me on special achievements and good academic progress.

8. He often picks me for minor tasks. Like, "Give me that book from the table", "Turn off the fan", "Give me a pen", etc.

9. He often picks me to answer the questions in the classroom, even if I haven't raised my hand.

10. He likes to watch how I write during the exam when he's the invigilator/supervisor, by standing right in front of my seat for almost a minute or two.

11. Once he called me for help and gave me many question papers to arrange, which took me two hours to finish.

12. He has expressed that he wants me to be his colleague and get a job in the same college after I finish my education.

13. I often notice him staring at me in the classroom, when he's lecturing, or just speaking to the students, or when other teachers are speaking.

14. When he finishes teaching, he often asks for my opinion about how he did.
