Well, my first thought would be: "Who the hell made a fake Instagram account under my identity?" If it was any other account, specifically one that I actually own, I would ask around my friends if they've given her my number (basically the only way to find me on the Internet).

Then, I would reverse the OSINT (though I guess if it was used on a woman, it would somehow be called "stalking" instead). If I found her to be a decent person, I'd approve of her attempt to communicate with me, otherwise I might consider filing for a restraining order.

If we didn't have any conversation whatsoever I would wonder why she chose to do that but unless she messages me I won't do anything about it.

I'm not very active and rarely even post so if she chose follow me I'd assume it's not for the entertainment value of my account
