Oh man, copying the way you laugh to be mean is super rude and immature! Some guys just don't think sometimes. My best guess would be he was probably just trying to embarrass you or put you down to make himself look cool. Some people act that way when they're insecure.

I'd be pissed too if a guy did that to me. There's no need to mock how someone laughs, that's such a personal thing. He definitely shouldn't have kept doing it after you noticed. That's just hurtful. You have every right to be upset about it.

The way I see it, you've got a couple options. You could call him out right then and say something like "dude what's your problem, why are you mocking me? That's hurtful and not funny at all." Or if you don't want to cause a scene, just walk away and be like "I'm out, you're being rude."

Don't waste your time on guys who act like jerks. You deserve better than that. He'd be lucky if you keep talking to him after pulling a stunt like copying your laugh. Maybe he'll think twice before messing with someone's feelings again. Sorry that happened - some guys just don't know how to act right.
