What does it truly mean when a guy says he is a “nice guy”?

Let’s say he says it pretty often tells people “he is being a nice person.” “He is a nice guy.” But he was always the type of guy who would argue and provoke others to get mad and start arguments. And from what I know is that there is difference between being a “nice guy” and being a “good, kind man.”

Well if he does this then he is not truly a nice guy. Typical nice guys don't do this at all. In fact they are the opposite, they avoid arguments, fights, disagreements and they are soft spoken most of the time and will tend to even agree to things that does not seem correct to them.

If a man describes himself as a nice guy, he means being the bare minimum of considerate is his idea od groundbreaking kindness.

Basically, he struggles to be bare minimum considerate and believes you should fuck him for it.

Nice people don't need to describe themselves as such. Others will speak to their kindness and character willingly and happily.

Truly good people gave better things to descrube themselves as, because nice is their bareinimum.

i would say he's inexperienced and he firmly believes that "being nice" is enough for an edult person. but being nice is a base line thing. not a special trait you should brag with. that's what he has to learn.
