I don’t mean women who paint for hobbies. I mean women who are proficient at it
Why isn't art considered an attractive career for women by men?

Who said it isn’t? Me personally doesn’t really care about a girls’ profession, if she enjoys what she is doing and is happy and content with what she is doing , that’s all that matters , Me personally prefers a girl that works period , that has a job that she can support herself financially and take care of herself , that doesn’t depend on me to support her financially that wants to work as a team together , So if you are meeting guys’ that are only looking for a girl based off of her profession? You are best not to pursue those guys’ whatsoever , Find yourself a guy that wants you for you , your heart , not for your paycheck.
I've never heard anything about art being an unattractive career before, but I don't see why it would be more attractive than the rest either. Maybe some guys see professional artistry as a red flag because it's usually not a successful career path?
It is seen as very attractive by men I know.

Most people don't take others seriously if they try to have an artistic based income.
Males are attracted to a females career in general unless maybe it is nurturing by nature.
