Would a girl ever say "I gtg" to a guy she likes when texting?

or does it always mean "I don't Don't have to go but I don't want to talk to you anymore". I got this in the middle of a text convo that was getting pretty heated about her and she was like "ok I gtg" instead of continuing it. So I don't know if she got mad at me or actually had to go

depends. maybe she really had to go and she was in such a rush that she had to type something really fast...you shouldn't judge how people are over text or online chat with how they type..a person could be laughing her ass off so hard but all she puts is "lol" and then people think she's being too boring or blunt but that's just the way she types ! ...hope this made you feel better :)

It could go either way, really. Personally, when *I* say I have to go, it means I'm busy and have to do some s.hit where texting wouldn't be convenient [like a busy time at work], so I'll get back to the conversation when I can. I don't like games though. =/ If she likes you, that's probably all it is.

If she LIKES you, it just means she has somewhere to go.

If you pissed her off, it means she does want to talk to you at that moment.

When I say "gtg" that does actually I need to go somewhere or I have to do something so I can't text. I don't bullsh*t.
