How do guys act around women they’re attracted to?

I tend to avoid them, because I don't want to make them uncomfortable. I'm aware that it doesn't really do me any favors, but I'm afraid of being looked at like I'm a creep.

I retired from dating at 30 so I definitely don't lead any women on anymore and for months now ; I smile once politely faintly and ignore them or go elsewhere
