Why do male coworkers always try to appear disinterested in talking to me?

For instance when I’m in a one on one meeting with a male coworkers to discuss work they would look at me with a dull bored gaze or look away every 2 seconds at the grey wall just to signal that they are not into me. With other young female coworkers they are more lively and charming. With me they ignore me most of the time and try not to talk to me in person. I’m not hitting on any of them because none of them are my type. So why do they act like this? I’m not ugly, fat, smelly and I dress well

To avoid making you feel uncomfortable. Every man has seen or heard of interactions with women at work going sideways, and then guys getting fired because of it.

Talking with women just isn't worth my job. I'd rather not take the risk. So a lot of men's responses is to keep everything as sterile, cold, and platonic as possible to avoid having any misinterpretations.
