Why did my stalker stop stalking me? I am feeling sad?

I ended up developing feelings for my stalker. This went on for about a month. I know it's unusual but it seemed like he was obsessed with me then one day, which was three days ago, he just disappeared. I saw him for the last time, but he didn't do the usual trying to watching, follow or riding his bike infront of me. I am feeling sad what can I do? Do you think he lost interest?

It’s possible that he lost interest and I know that it’s hard to get over feelings, but honey you deserve a proper relationship with someone that shows you love, attention and a commitment to you. It’s clear that this stalker guy runs hot and cold about his feelings toward you, and you have to move on, otherwise you’ll drive yourself crazy over somebody who doesn’t truly want you.

you're right, my head is gonna explode from overthinking, it's so hard for me to find somebody. And my standards are too high and hard to lower.

Overthinking happens to the best of us sometimes ❤️ I would just try to be patient until you meet somebody that does meet your standards, and to only lower them if you’re completely ok with doing so. You don’t want to be stuck in a relationship that you felt that you forced to settle for and that your heart’s not truly into.

I guess feelings of love, because a year ago he spoke to me and we exchanged numbers so since then I was already attracted to him and he would occasionally say hi when he sees me. That was during covid times, and now I took off my mask and then he followed me I guess to see if I was the same person. And recently just stopped
