You are in your mid to late twenties. You should know the answer to this. I only assume that your friend is of equal age. The answer in case you can't work this out is do nothing. You are both adults. Your friend is an adult although not acting like one. That is on her. You are not her parent. I can only assume that you have said something to her already if it has gotten to this point. What makes you think that she is going to change? If she is still harassing someone after all this time then she isn't going to stop. She needs to learn a lesson and possibly the hard way. You aren't responsible for her actions. She is not a child. Let her deal with her crazy behavior and stay out of it.

I’m sure you know the answer to this unless you’ve already done it —tell her she is taking this a bit too far and is going to get herself into trouble. If she chooses not to listen, I’d distance myself from her for the time being. You don’t want to be pulled into her drama. She sounds unstable.
