Do guys like girls with short hair?

I'm 16 and I have short hair up to my eyebrows no guy has ever shown interest in me they just talk to me at if I'm a boy and a very good friend while other girls with long hair have boyfriend or boys who are crushing on them I try to be friendly. I'm pretty I know that myself... I have pale skin and blue eyes my features aren't sharp I look modest and cute

Is it because of my short hair or because no guy sees me that way.

If above 16, it may not be just your hair. Do you also dress masculine? Have actually fun interests? If the answer is yes, then it's possible (sorry I know it's a gender stereotype but still true) that they think you're gay. You may need to flirt with the guys you like. They're nice ways to flirt without being too blatant. They may just not realize that you would be interested. Also guys mature at different rates. Younger teenage boys (usually below 15) are almost all exclusively attracted to the more feminine looking types of girls. They grow out of this but some take longer than others to do so. Of course some guys will always prefer that type but a lot of guys will like you regardless of hair length. I've had all sorts of hair length and never had guy trouble because of it.

The hair probably doesn't help, there's not a big percentage of men that like short hair on a woman, what guys like about women in general is that they are how women for the most part are, feminine, femininity attracts men just how masculinity attracts women, and that's how it should be expected, short hair is normally a masculine feature, its highly possible that the short hair is what's making men think twice.

As has been said, some like it some don’t. Not all girls suit short hair and not all really suit long.
I’ve dated girls that had long, short, medium length hair over the period of us dating.

There are some dudes who like it, but I don’t think a whole lot do. I know I don’t really care for it. As a matter of fact I can’t think of one woman that I like that has short hair. I prefer women w hair maybe halfway down their back.
