So women don’t even have to say it anymore I just automatically think it and I try my hardest to avoid eye contact

What, like Medusa? Because that was you looking at HER, not the other way around; you're thinking of a basilisk. If you think you're hideous, you'd logically wear plate armor, or some other highly reflective surface. But armor would be better, since hey! you'd build up your muscles and might impress some women that way.

At any rate, it'd probably make you more interesting to talk to.
