How can I tell my manager likes me

He’s not my direct manager by the way so it doesn’t really matter matter.
Anyway so he used to smile and look at me long in the eyes at the same time. By the way I knew him at work before he became a manager so it’s so funny that now I see his more boss side. He’s like powerful or something lol it’s like wow today I saw him be more boss like I can see he knows what he wants and he’s like in charge and stuff. It’s like wow @-@

I hope so. We barely get to talk cause we are different departments. And sometimes he won’t start the convo first when we bump into each other. He always says hi but doesn’t always start a convo.

He is probably just being the boss. And with so many grammar mistakes, it is difficult to understand whether you asking if he likes you or asking how to tell him that you like him.

Ok thanks. It’s been a while since he did the smiling and eye contact long thing. So I don't know if he just cares less or what. I’ve realized just now that maybe he’s not asking me out because I don’t dress well enough. I dress comfy and in loose stuff and no makeup. Maybe I look like I don’t wanna be asked out?

I think if he really liked you and still was interested, he would be talking to you more regularly and he would've asked you out a long time ago.

Do you don’t think my lack of effort in my appearance has an influence on him wanting to ask me out?… I’m surprised… I know a woman’s looks really matter to a man… I also wonder why he has been leaving hints off and on for years if he doesn’t want anything to do with me. Seems weird to go out your way to smile and make long eye contact, and other small thing he did in the past. He is the one who basically started saying hi to me all the time. Before that he never would say hi. So it’s weird to do this stuff but not even want a friendship or relationship.

It's possible, but when a man is seriously into you and really wants to make something happen, he's going to ask you out. Maybe you just THINK he's left hints for you all this time? And again, we don't know what he's doing with other females either.
