He's an introvert but once I waved at him, he walked all the way over SAT WITH ME in front of all the teachers and talked for so long. And when we were talking about our types he said the same stuff that he used to compliment me with. And even after the teacher scolded us not to talk he went with me and helped buy pepsi and even said bye to me when I was walking with my mom.

All this happened yesterday, and today he sends me this text : by the way really appreciate that u came up and talked to me obv i wanted to talk to u also but uk everyone would spread rumours and stuff and I thought u wouldn’t want all that

But the thing is, he's generally nice and very kind to everyone, so I'm just scared of falling in love with someone who doesn't like me back.

Whatever you do, don't let your feelings take over because he was nice to you for a while. You will regret it. What you experience is nothing more that infatuation but certainly not love.

For you to love someone, it would take months if not years for true love to take over and not just a few days sitting next to a person of the opposite gender. Don't fool yourself about it.

He is aware that you have a crush on him and he is also aware how to handle those situations and you seem to fall for his scheme.

Keep your distance and concentrate on your education. This has top priority and you will have plenty of time to get into trouble with guys once you have your degree in your pocket.

Most introverts can become very chatty around someone they like. Especially if the topics suit them.

He acts and behaves interested.
Message states he was and is interested but did not want to bother you in case you'd dislike that.

Apart from him trying to sound a tiny bit cooler than he probably is, it all adds up and it seems fair to assume he wants to get to know you better.

She was a single girl, he was a single boy... something something old Avril Lavigne song. I'd say you've got the go ahead to invade his personal space and figure out if you want a reserved spot there.

Yeah I was confused by that too, I guess he meant the day before he came over I went to him coz he was standing alone.

Honestly, lonely introvert boys are very quick to fall for girls who are nice to them. Keep being nice to him, and if he hasn't already fallen for him, I'd be surprised if he doesn't fall for you (as long as you're at least average-looking).

It definitely could mean he has a thing for you. First, shy people typically avoid doing what he did by coming over to you. Second, sounds like he was testing your reaction to:
