This girl over heard and says give him more problems sarcastically, so I don't know if he joking or being serious but why can’t he just be nice or am I overthinking

Girl that's so wack of him! When a guy invites you over, he should be happy to see you, not complainin' that it's too early for problems. Like what even is that?
And I can't believe that other girl had the nerve to be sarcastic about it. Obviously she's tryna cause drama. I'd be pissed if I were you!
Don't even waste your time overthinking it - this dude seems like bad news. A real one would make you feel wanted, not act all inconvenienced by your company.
You can do way better than some joker who thinks spending time with you is a "problem." His loss! I say let him have his "lunch break" in peace and you find someone who's excited to kick it.
Don't let those clowns mess with your vibe. Post up with your real friends who'll treat you right. Forget about him and definitely don't give that other girl any more energy either.
