Why was this overweight waitress kept looking at me when there was an African American who was WHY better looking then me?

Yesterday evening, I was on my laptop going through my emails from work at a local diner with free wifi. I noticed an overweight female waitress couldn't stop looking at me, and there was an African American who was WHY better-looking, buff, confident, and more masculine. Me, I'm just a overweight guy with scars all over my face, body and bone injuries haven't healed from an accident from the past. Moments later, her friends came out and started laughing and giggling at me, and the good-looking African American was starting to get jealous and uneasy, so I picked up my laptop stuff. Pay my bill didn't leave any tips and I left the diner in a hurry and walked home. Now my question is why me, then going after the good-looking African American who is better looking than my fat ass plus interracial datings and marriages is very high where I'm from. Why chasing me, then the other guy. I think I'll start going to the library and then a public place now.

You may not want to hear this but I don't know what you look like so it can either be she thought you were strange or ugly, or she could have thought you were attractive. Context-dependent things like staring or laughing don't show a good picture of what she was thinking. But an ego boost is healthy if you are insecure, so you should go ahead and assume she was probably attracted to you. She could have been.

I'm not hung like Michael b Jordan and the others. as Daniela1982 mentioned, she was probably flirting as business strategy and hoping a huge fat tip which I didn't leave them, and I'm not going back to that diner ✌️

I'm not black or hung. interracial relationships are very popular and high where I live. As someone mentioned, the waitress was probably hoping fat tips from me as a business strategy, not for attraction. The black guy from the diner was way MORE better looking than my fat butt lol
