He offered me a job at his company?

I had been speaking to this man over social media. He was extremely interested in my face more than the usual man. He would have sexual conversations with me throughout the time we have been speaking. I had answered some of his questions and let him know that I'm pretty innocent in that department and would like to keep it that way. It was silly flirting more on his end and he's 5 years older than me. I had then went on a date which I told him about and he said it made him "jealous" LOL and had booked an uber to get home around midnight in central London but they weren't accepting and I was worried about being stranded so I replied to his message and told him the situation and he immediately said he would pick me up and take me home right as a driver finally accepted so I said thank you and declined. Then today, he was introducing more sexual conversations referring to me as "baby" and "baby girl" and then we started to talk about his work and he told me he owns a Property Management company. I then made a joke about giving me a job as I just started searching again. He told me he has been looking for some new people to join his team that he needs. He explained the job role and I said as long as you keep it professional I'm sold. He assured me he's "always professional at work". But I'm just unsure if this would be a good idea or not, as the experience and pay would be really good. But since we started our relationship off in a romantic/sexual way (on his end only and he knows that), I'm uncertain about mixing that with work life and him also being my boss essentially with the power to fire me or make my life hell etc.
