Why did guy I like delete his reply to my story where he had reacted with heart eyes emoji?

Also he follows me from his fake account. And he had removed me as a follower from that fake account. He does not add me to his real insta account. I posted a video on my insta story. He replied late night with heart eyes emoji. I liked his reply. But after three days he deleted his reply. Why?

Hmm that is weird that he deleted his reaction to your story after a few days. A few possibilities for why he might have done that:

- He realized the heart eyes emoji was too obvious that he likes you and was worried about coming on too strong.

- Maybe he's shy and got nervous/embarrassed after the fact that you saw his reaction.

- It's possible he has a girlfriend or someone else he doesn't want catching on that he likes you.

- He could be playing games and messing with your head a bit.

The fact that he only follows you on a fake account is also odd. He may like the attention from you but not be fully committed to anything actually happening between you. Some guys do that when they're not serious.
