Does he like me or just being friendly?

So I recently started a job in a hospital where I have a co-worker and we work on the same floor together and have a lot of frequent shifts. Sometimes there are gaps in between and I don't see him for days. I've been working there for 2 months and since I've been working there he and I have gotten along really well. We're very comfortable with each other and joke around quite a bit. He's always touching me and calling me “dear”and called me “babe” one time (when no one was around) and touched my knee. He also rubs my back and shoulders a lot (LOL), One time he rubbed my back, I could feel his hand where my bra strap was 🤣 , and touches my arm occasionally as well. I've also caught him looking at me COUNTLESS times, he has said “Hey, Stranger” to me twice when he sees me after 8-10 days (don’t know if it means anything, but makes me wonder if he misses me when he doesn’t see me, LOL). Before he would touch me when no one was around but now he has started doing so with others around. He hasn't made an actual move, perhaps because we only see each other at the workplace and he doesn’t want it to be weird. He takes an interest in me too, like my life. For example asked me how my birthday was etc., and he likes to tease me as well. Is it possible he’s into me or is it just something platonic? I have developed feelings for him though, but do a great job at hiding them, lol. If he is flirting, should I flirt back as well? (Sorry for typos, I was sleepy while typing this)
