Does he like me or is he just friendly?

Hey everyone,

I need some advice and would really appreciate your opinions. There’s this guy I know, and I’m trying to figure out if he’s interested in me or if he’s just being friendly. We’ve known each other for a while now, and recently, he’s been doing things that have me feeling unsure about his intentions. He’s been really helpful, especially with math. Every time I get stuck, he offers to help me, and he explains things in a way that makes them easier to understand.

He talks a lot about himself, like how he’s been in street fights, and he even showed me videos of him drifting cars. He also mentioned Coinbase and taught me about it, sharing his knowledge in a way that felt like he was trying to impress me. It seems like he wants to share his experiences with me. He’s also been giving me advice about education. He told me that men respect women who are educated, and that it would benefit me in the future, especially when it comes to getting married. He compared my situation to his mom’s, saying his mom went to university and that because of her education, people respect her and she’s very successful.

When we talk, he leans in really close, looks into my eyes, and positions himself so close that it almost feels like he might kiss me. The way he behaves when we talk seems intense, like there’s a lot of focus on me, which makes me wonder if he’s interested in more than just being friends.

The problem is, he hasn’t really asked me many personal questions about my life, except about my siblings and my education. Also, I haven’t noticed him being nervous or jealous around me. I’m just really unsure if he’s being nice and friendly or if he’s actually interested. I don’t want to misread the situation and show my feelings, only to later find out he was just being friendly.
