Does my teacher have feelings for me it’s honestly confusing?

Last year I got a teacher who apparently looked at me in lust. Now when I talk to him or anything it’s awkward because he makes excuses to walk off but when I first walk up to him he smiles real big at me but he also used to pick at me on the last of the year saying he would held me back if he could I don’t want him fired or anything but I kinda like him too he tends to stare at me a lot when he thinks I’m not looking

Oh man sis, this is a tricky situation for sure. On one hand, I can see why you'd be into your teacher - older, more mature guys can definitely be sexy. And if he's smiling and looking at you a lot, it does sound like he might catch feelings too.

But girl, you gotta be soooo careful! Teachers could seriously get in big trouble or even lose their jobs over stuff like that. Even if it feels kinda flattering to have his attention, it's just not worth the risk for either of you. Plus it could damage your schoolwork if things went sour between you.

My advice would be to keep things professional for now. Don't do anything to encourage him and don't put yourself in a position where people could question your relationship. But you're not wrong for having a little crush - he is cute! Just don't act on it until you graduate at least.

Focus on your goals for now. And who knows, maybe in a few years from now when you're both in totally different places, you could look him up and see where things go. But for your sake and his, gotta shut it down while you're still a student. Hope this helps sis - keep me posted!

To me this sounds like it’s all in your head. Like you’re the one listing after him. I don’t understand how you can say he looked at you in a lustful way but you don’t k ow if he has feelings for you. I took it as you’re the one who is making him uncomfortable. Maybe he was just joking around about holding you back. He probably makes excuses to walk off because he isn’t comfortable being alone w you. Like I said sounds as you’re the one who’s trying to start something.
