We've had our ups and downs as he struggles with his addictions and the latest was that he didn't like his job and was stressed. He was drinking and was on a rant about how he wanted to injure his co-workers and then said that I'm miserable and always negative. I had been so happy to see him as he was away for a week and I wasn't miserable. So then he got cold and distant and then I pulled away because this isn't the first time. I'm in the same room with him but he would rather drink and play video games, so I was on my phone. I sent him a message that I got home and I haven't heard from him and it's been almost a week. I have left him previously because I'm not his priority, his drinking, drugs and friends have been, but he said he'd change but he just can't. I don't understand why he's not speaking to me at all. If he wants to end it (I do as well, it's too much and I'm sad all the time) then he could at least tell me no?

Ugh girl, that sounds beyond effed up. I'm so sorry you're going through this messy breakup, cause that's basically what he's doing by ghosting you. Some guys are just too cowardly to have an actual conversation and end things properly.
Honestly it seems like deep down you know y'all weren't really working and it's for the best. No one deserves to be their partner's last priority after alcohol/drugs. You need someone who treats you like a queen, not some option they come to when bored.
If I were you, I'd take this ghosting as the final sign it's over. Block and delete his ass from everywhere, hit the gym or go out with your girls, and start your healing process. The trash took itself out - don't waste another second stressing over some dude too lame to give you basic respect.
You did EVERTHING right by communicating how you felt. He's shown he ain't about that life AND he's too immature to end it cleanly. His loss! Now it's your time to get your sparkle back. You'll find someone who worships the ground you walk on, just wait and see. Keep your head up mama, better days are coming! 💅
You should just block him and move on. He doesn’t sound like he’s going to change.
I have his house key and would like to get my stuff, but not see him or contact him... I don't even know if he quit his job or not
Go with a police escort
Move on
