Guys, Why does he care what I think if he won't give attention?

I just broke up with a guy I truly liked so much. He would not call me, or would flat out decline the call when I called. He would speak to his friends all day long. Never me.

He gave little attention. But if I told him I didn't like something of his he would change it immediately so I liked it better. He even changed his apartment for a more expensive one because I said it was ok but needed some work.

Maybe that wasn't much. But I always felt subtly he cared because my opinion seemed to matter. But then in the contrary wouldn't communicate... ever. what do you think?

Communicating is key in a relationship if someone isn’t able to do it more times then not it will come out in other ways.

I would say that not talking to you is not good especially if he intentionally ignores you. I can understand if he’s at work or sleeping, and it’s not a emergency. But yeah I don’t know what it is.

I think both of you maybe just need to find someone whose a better fit.

Yeah asker I really don’t know what to say. I will say a person genuinely interested in you will give you effort but everyone is different.
