Why doesn’t he seem to care?

My boyfriend of 2 years took me along with him to his best buddies house to hang.

My boyfriend had to go swing by the office to pick up a laptop that he had to service (he’s in IT) his best friend had a girl over who I got along with very well and she asked if I could stay while my boyfriend left to pick up the laptop. (The office is 6 mins away from there) so I said sure and I stayed and hung out.

My boyfriend’s friends just came back from a party so they were all pretty blitzed. After my boyfriend left, his buddy ended up feeling me up my shirt and groped me.

I did end up telling my boyfriend after we went home that night, and he reached out to his friend and his friend said he doesn’t remember that happening and if he did that he’s really sorry blah blah.

Anyway my boyfriend said okay and let it go. I just feel like he doesn’t believe me. I don’t think I’d act that nonchalant if my best friend groped my boyfriend without consent or an invitation. Does he even care about me?

Two years or not, my visceral reaction is get tf out of that relationship. Being groped or felt up like that is a big deal, and for him to show so little care means he doesn’t respect you, your anatomy, and doesn’t deserve to be your man. You need someone who has your back and will stand up for you, make you feel safe.

Because he doesn't care and thinks what happened is okay. He would probably do the same thing that his buddy did if given the opportunity.

Not sure if this is supposed to be sarcasm but in the event it’s not, I didn’t.

I sat on the couch with everyone and he pulled me onto his lap and shoved his hands up my shirt I then got up and stormed outside. I barely know the guy.
