My teacher doesn't seem to care or want to help me anymore?

he's the teacher that helps kids speak English better in 9th he wanted me to take a test and in tenth grade he wanted me to be in his class. Now in 11th he didn't ask me at all I was the one who had to ask to join his class. He used to care and want to help me why would he do this to me? why doesn't he care anymore?
