Why is my teacher ignoring me?

So my teacher was soo much friendly with me than all the other children (Everyone of my friends noted that ) before 4 days he suddenly started ignoring me. When we had physical sessions , he always talked to me in class and now we are having online sessions , even in online sessions he used to pick on me to answer questions even if my hand isn’t raised , he always asked if everythings clear , he always repeated my name in the class for jokes …I was literally the so called “ teachers pet” type of student.(my friends said) . But suddenly my teacher started ignoring me and I’m pretty much sure I didn’t do anything to annoy him or for him to get angry. It’s sudden. He doesn’t ask me questions, he doesn’t even care if I’m in the class. Why do you think he is ignoring me?

His has been reminded, either by other teachers, the school dean or by students that he is taking sides and that he is no longer impartial in his judgment.

By favoring one student over another, he is clearly doing you a disfavor because he could cause you to have problem with other students. You state yourself that you are the teacher's pet and that is not acceptable.

His attitude could falsify your score card because he could have given you better scores than to other students. You may actually be in trouble because if that is the case, your scores would have to be reviewed by the school board and he could be fired for unethical behavior.

Some other person probably got jealous and talked to the teacher about it feeling they were singled out or unfair treatment of the students
