What does his confusing behavior means?

So I was in talking stage with a guy for couple of months and we used to talk a lot but after certain disconnect we started talking again now I don’t understand his behavior he does not answer my calls or return calls but still replies to texts , does not open If I send him any reels but watches all my stories on insta. He says he wants things to work but behaves this way.

Pretty self explanatory. The talking stage is not necessary and it ruins relationships before they even get off the ground.

he's leading you on. A man who is really interested would try his best to make sure you know you are what he wants. I would say to communicate with him to see but tbh he's using you or he found someone else. You deserve so much more than that.

So true truly awful…. Like they make it so hard even talking to them.. I already tried to talk and calling but if he won't pick up or even call back what am I supposed to do… so I’m just gonna leave it at that.
