Oh! You didn't order already? I don't know what his deal is. The day I first contacted him, he sent me at least a dozen e-mails begging me to text or call him. I forget what the issue was but, at that point, I couldn't do either. I DID respond to his e-mails, at least the last one but, it took him another couple weeks to get back to me!! I sent him another 2 or 3 e-mails and got no response for a while. Then it took another week or so to get to the point where I could order.
Keep calling, e-mailing or texting him. You'll eventually get to him.

It would probably depend on who it was/circumstances.

In general, I'm inclined to say what happens behind my back is none of my business.

If the guy made it weird, for example felt the need to let me know, or it was a person who had acted inappropriately in the past, then I'd maybe be a bit sickened or pissed.

Otherwise unbothered in general, and maybe flattered if was someone I liked in that way

Let's say it's some guy you know at work or in school but you're not attracted to him other than just as a casual friend, you just know each other and that's it but, he's got the hots for you and eventually you find out, probably from one of his friends, that he does that.

I'd maybe be a bit weirded out if he's discussing it in depth with a friend. Talking about who you are attracted to with fiends. Fine. I've probably said some messed up stuff to my friends about guys in the past. But I feel like discussing how you are getting off over someone is maybe a bit over the top. However if someone other than the person doing it, told me... I'd perhaps not be convinced it was actually true.
