i accidentally got sunscreen in his eye and he was in pain and shouted out ‘ouch, you dumb f**k!!’ i understand i did something to physically hurt him. but it was accidental. he also sometimes tells me to shut up in arguments. what do i do?

Don't answer his phone calls for a week and then you can start all over again but first he has to prove 100% that he has changed which he's not going to be able to do it would be all a kiss ass lie manipulation to get you back but come on you don't deserve this and you know it

I'm not trying to say that I'm right and I'm not trying to say that I'm wrong I'm trying to say this is what I think and this is what I feel and this is what I've seen many many times within other people and I can just feel you I can feel your energy right now and you don't deserve this at all you need to walk away really before he does hurt you one day physically I mean cuz I can feel his anger right now just coming through your words and I can picture it all you need to really walk away there's a hundred million guys out there that would love to be with you walk away

Honestly this is what the guy is trying to tell you without using his words I am not worth it I am this f****** monster of a person who will treat you like s*** that's what he's trying to teach you right now without him even knowing it he's teaching you this because he's acting like this you have to take this and run with it one day you can thank him thank you for showing me exactly who you are jackass because I could have got locked into this thing I could have got pregnant a lot of things could happen but thank you for showing me exactly who you were before I got too deep that's what you have to really think about

Sounds like he’s verbally abusive. I can’t tell you what to do, but if you’re a soft spoken woman and don’t really stand up for yourself then this is the worst kind of man to be with. You’ll lose the courage to advocate for yourself even the little bit that you already do out of fear that it’ll get you cussed out or yelled at. It sounds very abusive honestly, when I fight with my girlfriend, we communicate to resolve the problem instead of name calling. I feel like the best thing to do is to communicate from your part that what he says is hurting you and you feel like he is being mean if he is understanding he will communicate and tell you sorry but if he says that you’re overreacting or ignores you then I’m really sorry.
