Why does my coworker look at me like he knows I have a gem within me?

Sometimes the way his eyes look when he looks at me make me think he sees treasures within me. I actually feel valuable lol

I am assuming it’s more towards spirit. I know he may be attracted to me as well but the look in his eyes I’m referring to is a deep look and he’s seeing soemthing of value within me. he's smart so I know he sees beyond the surface a lot.
