I'm currently on vacation with my brother and mother. Tbh I didn't want to go, bc I'm handling the absence of my boyfriend pretty badly.

I even cried my eyes the night before the flight.

He called me the first night, then I was texting him all the time... and today I just feel awful.

He never leaves me on seen, but I feel like he is totally OK with just texting... I need to hear his voice.

I called him an hour ago, cause I couldn't stand it anymore.

We spoke for 10 minutes and he said he is going to the gym.

I asked him "are you calling after that". He said "we will see".

I asked him again... he said yes.

But somehow I don't think he would call.

Do you think I should call him?

It's understandable you miss him, however, this sort mindset kind of thing is like an obsession. What a lot of women don't grasp is that talking on the phone for many men is like running nails down a chalk board. It's not something unless you have something useful to say. Being able to convey messages through text keeps context and meaning clear. While over voice chat, it's challenging because we KNOW women rely on intonation and expect men to pick up on facial expression and other body language cues that aren't possible over the phone. Since the details of the conversations will be remembered as the emotional experience for the women with all those added invisible traits unclear through an electrical interpretation of your voice, it's unwise for him to take the risk that things said may be asked about at a later date and unless he records and listens again, takes notes and analyses the potential meanings in all you say because it's not unknown for women to recite (in her mind) the conversation that had absolutely life altering meaning about how her [insert normal everyday challenge] affected her and spoiled everything about her holiday (in her mind at that moment) but she said, "It's fine", on the phone.

NAH , he's hedging his bets that while you're away your desire for him will strengthen and that he won't have any future minefields to navigate to stop you getting upset.

You need to stop. You’re going to push him out of your life. This is entirely too much, I’m not even dating you but you’re making me glad I’m not. Maybe he was relieved you were leaving out of time so he could have time to himself. Or so he thought. You’re too dependent on him. Like replay you’re crying yourself to sleep over him?

You need to STOP being so codependent. Being away from him is good for you if this is the reaction you’re having. I know how frustrating it must be for your family, you can’t even focus on having a good time with them and ruining the mood with your pouting and crying. My god. Do you have any sense of independence outside of him or did you just throw yourself into the relationship because you couldn’t stand being alone?

That sucks, and he should be willing to make time for you.
