As the title suggests, I met a guy online, and we hit it off. He is a very decent man, or so I thought, but he keeps telling me how he wants to rape me and do all of these sadistic things to me, so I blocked him, but he keeps creating new accounts to contact me. He tells me he loves me and that he is anxious to be close to me and explore me, but it always comes back to him wanting to rape me. Why would a friend continue to do this?

He isn't your friend, for one thing. He's a predator. Report him to the site's administration and potentially to the police, with all of his comments and messages as evidence.

Yeah, I'd be changing accounts ASAP. If that's the website's excuse for not dealing with predators I'd been finding another site. Many websites have VPN blockers.

He isn't your friend. Make all of your social media private, don't accept any friend requests from people you don't know, and keep blocking him and any random friend request you get. After awhile, hopefully he will leave you alone.
