How to know if he likes me?
While having lunch together I would catch him staring at me and once he realized I saw him looking he would pretend to continue eating.
He would stare at my eyes for longer time but I was shy and tried to look away.
He gave me his gloves because it was cold.
He paid for lunch and coffee after lunch.
When walking he would light or gently not fully touch wrap his arm around me to show me the direction turn right or left..
He asked if we can meet in December 29, once he is back from his family Christmas party..

I would say to try not to read too much into things, people obsess over minor details for clues to peoples intentions when in reality people do things for so many reasons. Look at what you do know, he replied positive to what you said and he knows your intentions, so its up to him now what he does, he still wants to meet up and things may become clearer or not! just take it as it comes and see what happens, maybe you just end up being good friend! Whatever happens look at the positives, you got a new friend you close too :)
