If a man is usually extremely rude to other women but acts like a gentleman towards me... does that mean he has feelings for me?

This man is an absolute ass to other women. Calls them all chicks. He says incredibly rude things about women. But, when he's around me he completely changes his demeanor. He seems to want to protect my feelings.

Does he have feelings or what's going on? Does he just respect me?

He is definitely a women hater but it sounds like he likes you and doesn’t put you in that category for whatever reason , especially if he his sweet and caring to you , but that should also be a red flag to you as well , if he is treating all those other females’ that way but not that way to you , because if you ever steer him the wrong way, he will more than likely put you in that category as well. Some men just choose to hate females’ it usually stems down to their experiences with females’ to make them feel that way , it could of stemmed down as to when he was a child as well, if his Mom was t really a part of his life , he might have trauma from not having a good Mom. Just be careful with that type of guy
