It's not a sexual act and water already decreases sensitivity so there's no issue.

Use a wash cloth and soap? It’s not that challenging if you’re capable of touching it for more than 5 seconds without starting something

You gotta be scrubbing mad thorough for it to get bricked. Sometimes it happens but it goes away unless you keep thinking about it
